Hull, Deck & Keel

  • The hull is carvel planked in Mahogany over oak frames.
  • Coachhouse sides are in Mahogany with Mahogany also being used for the exterior bright work.
  • GRP sub mouldings have been used to form the coachroof and wheelhouse lid.
  • The deck is laid in Teak over ply.

Deck Equipment

The deck foredeck is secured with a stainless steel split pulpit. The raised aft coachroof is secured with stainless steel stanchions and a solid capping rail. The wheelhouse lid and forward coachroof have grab handles.
  • Manual anchor windlass with warping drum.
  • Bruce main anchor with chain.
  • Secondary Danforth anchor stowed on deck mounts.
  • 2 foredeck mooring cleats with fairleads. 4 side deck mooring cleats and 2 aft mooring cleats all with stainless deck edge strips.
  • Simpson Marine davits.
  • There are folding wooden boarding steps at the stern.

Interior & Accommodation

The interior is fitted out in Mahogany and Mahogany faced ply. All cabins are attractively lined with a traditional fluted vinyl. Deck head beams are attractively on display.

  • Blue/Grey upholstery and curtains. New July 2021.
  • Eberspacher warm air central heating with thermostatic control. New May 2021 with 3 years warranty.
  • New toilet installed May 2021.
  • Radio stereo in saloon.
  • Clock and barometer.

Situated aft of the forecabin to port.
  • Stainless steel sink with pressurised water system and sink cover.
  • LP Voyager 4500 stainless steel cooker with 2 burners, grill and oven.

  • The top drawer reveals a lovely timber draining board and chopping board.


The saloon is surrounded by large windows giving lots of light and a panoramic view.
  • Raised U shaped seating area to port with table on pedestal legs. Being raised means you can see out whilst sitting.
  • Three draws underneath the platform and storage lockers under the seating with a shelf outboard.


  • To port aft of the galley.
  • Sink with pressurised water system.
  • Mirror fronted vanity cupboard.
  • New full size marine toilet fitted May 2021.


Large raised wheelhouse with open back and access to both side decks via rather attractive side doors.  To port is the helm and a navigators seat sits to starboard. Aft are two bench seats either side of the aft cabin access.
The Helm & Navigators seats fold to the wheelhouse sides to allow access to the engines via floor panels.
  • Full console covering port and starboard engine with combined gear and throttle. All sensors are here and fuel gauges. 
  • Navigation instruments are to hand.
  • Front screen wipers, port and starboard.
  • Opening cabin top roof panel.

  • Twin cabin with two large single berths.
  • Shelves outboard to the hull sides and full height hanging locker.

Plumbing & Tankage

Tankage changed in this model in 1972 so we can't be sure of the capacities. The information is taken from Storebro details and surveyors reports.
  • 2 x alloy fuel tanks, thought to offer approx 300L capacity each.  Situated in engine bay port and starboard.
  • 2 x plastic water tanks, thought to offer 140L each.

Recorded here as NOT opperational. In terms of todays safety standards this unit would be recomended for removal. Another system would need to be looked at for heating water.
